On the Road Again...

I will be out of pocket for the next few days. I won't be near a computer and I won't have a paint brush in my hand. lol! However, I do have a couple of events to photograph. So, the camera is a must!

I won't be accepting canvas orders until after June 1st. You are more than welcome to send them in, but I won't be able to process them until June 1st. Also, if you send an email it may be several days before you get a response. I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience!

Have a wonderful rest of the week. Enjoy your weekend!

Life Choices of North Central Louisiana

Yesterday, I delivered a 24X48 canvas to the Life Choices Center in Ruston. They were in need of a canvas to hang above a table in their entry way.

Life Choices is an important part of the Ruston Community. It was an honor to be able to paint for them. If you're in the area, stop by, volunteer, or donate.
Have a blessed Wednesday!

Coordinating Art for a Freshly Painted Room

I recently did a 24X30 painting for a very special family. Mr. Andy and Mrs. Kelly painted their dining room, foyer, living room, and sunroom. They look amazing! So much color! I love it!

The interior designer they hired said she would like to see a large painting on a certain wall. And guess what? I got to paint it! Woo-hoo! The colors are the exact same colors in the foyer, living room, and sunroom.... a great way to tie all of them together. I took a picture so you would see what it looks like, but that's not where it's staying. It will hang on a different wall with a nice "chunky" frame around it. I can't wait to see it when it's finished. :)

The Weaver Family

The Weaver Family is my adopted family from college and they will forever be special to me! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this family! This family played an important role through my college years.... Crisanna and Stone were in my wedding (so cute!).
I photographed my little brother and sisters yesterday. So much fun! These kids have so much energy. I just wish I had a fourth of their energy. lol! The rain held off just long enough. I'm so thankful!
Have a blessed day!

Tyler & Kayla- The Future Mr. & Mrs. Wales

Monday, I took Kayla and Tyler's engagments pictures. They are dear friends of mine. Tyler's only request for the wedding is that I be the photographer. LOL! That means so much to me.
Kayla ad Tyler are one of the funnest, happiest, sweetest, godliest couples I know. It truly is an honor to play a role in one of the biggest events of their lives.
I had so much fun with them during their session. I can't wait until November.
Here are a few of my faves!

The Thames Family

This week, I had the privilege of photographing a friend's family. Brittany (Brit-nay: said with a very southern accent... is was I call her) and I have known each other since junior high. Her little girl is so precious and I'm glad I finally had the chance to meet Raegan in person. She is so cute and so sweet. I love her big smile... you can't help but smile when you see her.
Take a look at some of my favorite shots from our time together.
 Have a blessed day!
