After living in Vegas for a year, I finally made it to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. But the sad thing is, my husband wasn't with me. Maybe we'll make it down there again soon so we can have a pic together. But for now, here's the sign.

Louisiana Tech students from Calvary Baptist Church (Ruston, LA) visited Las Vegas for their mission trip this past week. Let me tell you... they worked HARD! They cleaned the church (top to bottom literally), witnessed at UNLV, parks, and other places as well as went sightseeing in the city. Calvary students, thank you for your hard work! Y'all are always welcome to come back. :)

I filmed a video of them taking a break from cleaning. They were watching Veggie Tales and "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything" came on. They sang every line of it. :)
