I had a client who ordered this canvas as a wedding gift for a friend. The bride is from Louisiana and the groom is from Peru. My client wanted something that incorporated both- She sent me an image of what she wanted. The Peru flag with a fleur-de-lis instead of the crest on the flag. What a great idea! It was all her idea... I have to give credit where credit is due. I'm so thankful she wanted the fleur-de-lis instead of the crest. The crest looks a little hard to paint.
