On Monday, a tragic thing happened! Our child (my camera), Nikita, got sick. I turned her on to take a picture of a canvas, and an ERR message appeared on the scream. I panicked... just a little bit. I did all the troubleshooting suggestions in the product manual. I googled what to do if ERR was on your screen. I did everything I knew to do. Then I called the Nikon Service Line. First of all, I was so glad they were open at 9:00 pm, and the person on the other end spoke English. (I had bad luck with that last time I called them.... I got so mad because the guy couldn't understand me... that's another story).  The lady was really nice. She could tell I was stressed. lol! At the end of it all, Nikita has to be sent to a specialist in New York. I'm sure she's excited about a little vacation.

After a little crying and trying to figure out a few finances (since we're moving across the country this month), my husband and I decided.....We're getting a new child (camera). Nikita is going to have a brother. His name is Nacarlos. He's a Nikon D300s. I'm pretty pumped about it.

So, with all that to say, I may not be able to post a couple of paintings for about a week or so. Be patient... they will be posted soon. lol!
