Our Living Room Painting.... FINALLY!
After serveral months of this painting hanging in our living room half finished, it is FINALLY done! It makes me laugh when people come over and ask, "Did you finish the painting?" I know they're thinking, "It's about time!". LOL!

True Love Waits Commitment Service
Last night, Cross Roads Baptist hosted a True Love Waits Commitment Service. I had such a blast helping teach the students. I also enjoyed doing graphics for the ceremony (powerpoint, invitations, and commitment cards). I had the pleasure of taking pictures during the ceremony. They will be posted soon.... very soon!!!

5.10 media
As most of you know, I've been doing graphic design for the past year for a community coalition in Ruston, LA. Because of working with them, I've had the opportunity to design other graphics and logos for other people. Let me just say.... I LOVE it. Today, I finished a logo for some friends of mine who do videos. They did my wedding video, and it's absolutely amazing!

This month, our (mine and Stephen's) friends had birthdays. Nat and Lyla Lesher have birthdays that are only a couple of days apart. So for their birthdays, I painted a canvas for their new house!

An early Holiday trip down South!
Stephen and I just got back from a visit down south. It's our last one til after the first of the year. My mother-in-law placed an order for a Louisiana Tech Canvas a couple of weeks ago. Stephen's dad played football for Tech, so it was really neat to be able to customize it with his football number. I usually have to ship canvases, but I was able to hand deliver this one. It's always exciting to see people's faces when they see paintings for the first time... especially since this one was a surprise. Ms. Vickie, I want to see pics of everything in his office when you get it done. We enjoyed spending time with family and soaking in a little bit of heat for at least a day.
